Effective Date: May 4, 2025

1. Scope of Services

AllSet Appliance Services ("Company," "we," or "our") provides diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services

for residential and commercial appliances in California. Services may include parts replacement,

mechanical/electrical repairs, and system diagnostics.

2. Service Appointments

Clients must schedule appointments in advance. Same-day or emergency service is subject to technician

availability. If the customer is not present at the scheduled time, a missed appointment fee may be charged.

3. Service Call Fee

A $99 service call fee is charged for each appointment. This fee covers travel and diagnostic evaluation. If

the customer approves the recommended repair during the same visit, the $99 fee will be credited toward the

total cost of the repair. If no repair is authorized, the fee remains non-refundable.

4. Estimates and Approvals

Repair estimates are provided after diagnostics. No repair work will begin without the customer's approval.

Prices are subject to applicable California taxes and environmental fees where required.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital

payments. Unpaid balances may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.

6. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and honor applicable manufacturer warranties on parts. The warranty

does not cover:

- Misuse, neglect, or user damage

- Additional issues unrelated to the original repair

- Commercial appliances unless otherwise specified

- Unauthorized repairs made by others

7. Limitations of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect

losses including, but not limited to, spoiled food, missed appointments, or business interruptions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

- Provide safe and accessible work areas

- Ensure appliances are clean and ready for service

- Notify us of any hazardous conditions (e.g., gas leaks, infestations)

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or if

appliances are considered beyond feasible repair.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 fee may apply for late cancellations or

no-shows.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of

Riverside County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website or

provided upon request.
